Siacoin decides to implement hard fork and no longer use ASICs in mainnet

According to Crypto Globe, Siacoin CEO and co-founder David Vorick recently announced in a blog that Siacoin has decided to execute a hard fork and will strive to get rid of the existing industrial chain in order to remove the existing ASIC (application-specific integrated circuit) Bitmain and Innosilicon miners from the industrial chain and will no longer use the main Siacoin blockchain.
