ViaBTC founder Yang Haipo disclosed for the first time the profit data of ViaBTC mining pool in 2017, which is equivalent to about 50,000 BCH. On September 30, ViaBTC announced the release of the mining pool equity token VIAT, and will inject 20% of the mining pool revenue every quarter into VIAT for repurchase and destruction. VIAT is the value-added service equity token officially launched by ViaBTC mining pool. It is issued based on the Wormhole protocol, with a total issuance of 2 billion. On October 8, the mining pool will start dual mining, gradually release VIAT and distribute it to miners for free. At present, VIAT is being publicized in the accelerator section of CoinEx exchange.
