Bitcoin China CEO Bobby Lee attended the TechCrunch Summit to promote Bitcoin

At 4 p.m. on June 9, 2015, Bobby Lee, CEO of Bitcoin China, discussed the development of Bitcoin with several guests at the Bitcoin Forum of the TechCrunch Summit and promoted the concept of Bitcoin to the participants.

Also participating in the Bitcoin forum were Kapronaisa founder Zennon Kapron and OKCoin’s Liu Chengqi, and TechCrunch’s American journalist Jon Russell also participated in the discussion as a moderator.

Li Qiyuan said at the forum: "Bitcoin is a revolutionary product. It gives the world real digital assets for the first time. Although electronic payment methods have existed for more than 20 years, the emergence of Bitcoin is the first time that assets have been truly digitized."

In order to explain the characteristics of Bitcoin more clearly, he gave an example: "Take photos as an example. The first thing that is digitized is the transmission process of photos, such as sending and disseminating photos through digital means such as faxing and scanning. Then, the digitization of the photo content itself. After the invention of digital cameras, the photo content itself is digitally stored or transmitted. The current bank electronic payment system is the digitization of the transmission process, while Bitcoin is the true digitization of the asset itself."

That day (June 9) was also the fourth anniversary of Bitcoin China. To commemorate the fourth anniversary, Bitcoin China specially launched the blockchain engraving business "Millennium Chain". At the summit, Li Qiyuan also took the opportunity to promote the engraving business and the fourth anniversary event to the public.
