Bitcoin Group postpones listing, Australian Prime Minister: I am not a shareholder

Due to an investigation by the Australian Securities and Investments Commission (ASIC) , Bitcoin Group has postponed its listing on the Australian Securities Exchange (ASX) . The listing of Bitcoin Group will be postponed to December 11, 2015.

Separately, Australian Prime Minister Malcolm Turnbull denied rumors that he was a shareholder in the group, The Sydney Morning Herald reported.

Bitcoin Group released its official IPO report on October 9, and also stated that the Australian Prime Minister acquired part of the company's shares through the Australian Stock Exchange. This action by the Australian Prime Minister is aimed at promoting the democratization of financing for Australian investors.

Bitcoin Group recently released a four-page supplemental prospectus. The Sydney Morning Herald also revealed another piece of information: one of Bitcoin Group's major investors is the father of the company's CEO Sam Lee .
