In the industry, "Satoshi Nakamoto", who has always been considered the inventor of Bitcoin, may be a 44-year-old Australian named Craig Steven Wright.

Last week, foreign media WIRED found some strong clues to infer that Craig Steven Wright is "Satoshi Nakamoto", although Craig Steven Wright has never appeared on the list of "hunting clubs looking for Satoshi Nakamoto".

WIRED believes that the evidence shows that either Craig Steven Wright invented Bitcoin, or Craig Steven Wright's "genius deception" made us believe that he is "Satoshi Nakamoto".

The first major clue came in mid-November, when an anonymous person close to Wright provided documents to an independent security researcher named Gwern Branwen that pointed to a direct connection between Satoshi Nakamoto and Craig Steven Wright.

In August before the release of the Bitcoin white paper in November 2008, Craig Steven Wright wrote on his blog that he would publish a "cryptocurrency paper." There were three such preview blogs.

In addition to the three blog announcements, a series of emails, photocopies and accounting books also seem to point to a connection between the two.
