1. Unable to obtain IP

There are two situations

1. The new machine cannot obtain an IP address

First, make sure that the DHCP mode of the network is turned on, and the router and network cable are normal. Then use the method in the following URL to restore the mining machine to factory settings. If this operation still does not work, the control board needs to be repaired.

2. Unable to obtain IP address after changing network

If the mining machine is set with a static IP, you can re-acquire the IP by modifying the IP or directly restoring the machine to factory settings. If that doesn’t work, please refer to step 1 for solution.

2. Power outage during the upgrade process

When the miner is upgrading its firmware, the power to the miner being upgraded is accidentally cut off. After it is powered on again, it is found that it cannot be used. In this case, refer to the above method.

3. The computing board cannot be detected

The mining machine can only detect two computing boards. The problem is the same when the control board of this machine is replaced with another machine. This means that the port of the control board is damaged and the control board needs to be repaired.

4. Fan cannot be detected

The miner can only detect one fan, or none of them. After replacing the fan, it still cannot be detected. The problem remains the same after replacing the control board with a good machine. This means that the fan port of the control board is damaged and the control board needs to be repaired.

5. System freeze during upgrade

During the upgrade, the page will remain on this page and will not jump automatically. This may be a problem with the IE kernel browser. It is recommended to use Firefox or Google Chrome.
