Researchers scanned 5,700 Egyptian user computers in January this year and found that 95% of them had been implanted with AdHose malware. This shows that this plan has been going on for a long time and the bad guys behind it have made considerable profits.

Recently, the Apple software store was also exposed to contain malicious software that used users' mobile phones to mine cryptocurrencies, and the relevant software has been removed from the shelves.
