Taobao removes blockchain white paper ghostwriting service, once a store with 8,000 transactions per month

On March 21, many media reported that a blockchain white paper writing service was found on Taobao. Now a search shows that Taobao has removed the relevant products. Searching for keywords such as "blockchain white paper writing" and "white paper writing" on Taobao shows that no relevant products can be found.

According to previous reports, Taobao's blockchain ghostwriting services include "concept packaging, business model sorting, and blockchain technology application". Some stores have launched slogans such as ghostwriting foreign language versions of white papers, while others provide a one-stop service of "blockchain white papers, articles, ICOs, token development, promotion, and operations".

The price of writing a white paper ranges from a few hundred yuan to several hundred thousand yuan. Some stores have a monthly transaction volume of nearly 8,000. According to the seller, the overall price of a white paper is around 6,000 yuan. Writing a set of coin issuance code can be completed within 30,000 yuan.

White paper ghostwriting has created hidden dangers for the existence of fake blockchain projects. Despite the continuous strengthening of supervision in this area, fake blockchains are still active and have fanatical fans.

Since September last year, the central bank and seven other ministries and commissions have imposed a ban on the initial issuance of digital currencies. On January 26 this year, the Internet Finance Association issued another document warning of the risks of the initial issuance of digital currencies overseas.
