According to BTCMANAGER, Canadian Energy Minister Pierre Moreau issued a decree on May 30, proposing to sell excess electricity from Quebec hydroelectric plants to digital currency miners. With the proposal of this framework, Canada will soon enact digital currency mining regulations. |
