Bitmain Pre-IPO Round Signing: Tencent, Softbank and CICC Join the Game

On August 4, Bitmain officially completed the Pre-IPO round of signing. Investors in this round include Tencent, SoftBank and CICC. This round of financing is US$1 billion, with a pre-investment valuation of US$14 billion and a post-investment valuation of US$15 billion. This round of financing will be delivered in the near future. At the same time, Bitmain will submit its application to the Hong Kong Stock Exchange in September and will be officially listed in Hong Kong within the year, with an estimated market value of US$30 billion. |
