On July 22, the Supreme People's Court and the National Development and Reform Commission jointly issued the "Opinions on Providing Judicial Services and Guarantees for Accelerating the Improvement of the Socialist Market Economic System in the New Era". The opinions require: strengthening the protection of new rights and interests such as digital currency, online virtual property, and data, and giving full play to the value-leading role of judicial judgments in property rights protection; strengthening the rules and guidance for scientific and technological innovation, business model innovation, and technology factor markets, and providing judicial guarantees for the construction of the national innovation system and the development of emerging industries. At the same time, in order to promote the market-oriented allocation of factors, the "Opinions" put forward specific opinions from five aspects: respecting contracts, promoting financial services for entities, expanding the scope of guarantee contracts, regulating Internet transactions, and promoting the optimal allocation of labor factors.
