Qitmeer is the infrastructure of a new generation of payment network based on BlockDAG technology and supporting inclusive finance. F2Pool Innovation Zone has officially launched the new currency PMEER. From November 30 to December 4, participating in PMEER mining in F2Pool can get 120% mining income. On November 30, there will be a special live broadcast room in F2Pool to explain PMEER mining in detail.

What is Qitmeer?
The MeerDAG protocol adopted by Qitmeer Network is based on BlockDAG technology and UTXO model, which improves the network throughput while ensuring security and decentralization. Its public test network Qitmeer Medina Newtork (Medina Network) is the second phase of the network and was officially launched at the end of 2019.
PMEER is the testnet token of Qitmeer Medina Network. There is no pre-mining and no public fundraising in this stage. All tokens are generated by community PoW mining. Qitmeer mainnet is scheduled to be launched in 2021. At that time, PMEER will be fully mapped to the mainnet and become part of the mainnet genesis token. After the mainnet is launched, new block rewards will continue to be produced by PoW mining.
How to participate in Qitmeer mining?
The total amount of Qitmeer Medina Network tokens is 200,287,810 PMEER, the block reward is 120 PMEER, and the network's block time is 30 seconds. Qitmeer's network has completed the transition of mining algorithms after the upgrade in September 2020. Currently, only Keccak256 mining algorithm is used, and the equipment has been transitioned from GPU to FPGA mining.
