Crypto venture capital firm Outlier Ventures launches new financing mechanism in the form of NFT

According to BlockBeats, crypto venture capital firm Outlier Ventures has launched a new financing mechanism, "NFTSPA", which can be used to raise funds through NFT. Officials said that under this mechanism, early investors can finance projects by purchasing NFTs to represent investment shares. Outlier Ventures also believes that NFTSPA should not be considered a securities offering under US law.
