Data: New York State's Bitcoin computing power ranks first in the United States

On October 11, data from Foundry USA, the largest mining pool in North America, showed that 19.9% of the U.S. Bitcoin computing power is located in New York, 18.7% in Kentucky, 17.3% in Georgia, and 14% in Texas. The data does not include the computing power of other mining companies that do not use Foundry mining pool services, so it is not comprehensive, but it reflects the trend of computing power re-positioning, among which states with more renewable energy (such as New York) occupy a larger share. Texas computing power is underestimated, and experts believe that the state is currently the main mining area for Bitcoin mining in the United States. |
