1. Cervical vertebrae area: It is located under the index finger and is the size of a thumb, corresponding to the condition of the cervical vertebrae.

If this area is flat, sunken, pale, and has many messy fine lines, it indicates congenital deficiency, weak body, low blood pressure, easy fatigue, and susceptibility to cervical spondylosis.

If "R"-shaped patterns appear in the heart area, it indicates that you are prone to myocardial ischemia and angina pectoris, especially when the "R"-shaped patterns in this area echo the "R"-shaped patterns at the end of the wisdom line and the end of the life line, indicating the risk of stroke.

3 Endocrine area: Located below the hypothenar eminence and above the transverse wrist crease, the condition of the endocrine system can be seen from this area.

If this area is smooth and plump, without any wrinkles, the skin is elastic, there is no collapse after acupressure, and the blood color recovers quickly, it means that the endocrine function is good.

If it looks darker in color, lacks luster, and has irregular, dull red colors, it indicates deficiency of both the spleen and kidney, and insufficient qi and blood, which is what Western medicine calls endocrine disorders.

If the wisdom line is too long and goes deep into the endocrine area, there are many lines and wrinkles in this area, which indicates neurasthenia.

4 Liver area: Located on the thumb side of the lifeline, at the angle between the lifeline and the wisdom line, this area corresponds to the liver area of ​​the human body. On the left edge of the thumb, on the thenar side of the intersection of the vertical line and the lifeline, corresponds to the gallbladder area of ​​the human body.

If this area has no other lines, is rosy in color, and the arcs of the wisdom line and life line are smooth, it indicates that the liver is healthy.

If a large number of "cross" lines appear in the liver area, it indicates that long-term staying up late and irregular lifestyle have caused liver fatigue.

If "rice"-shaped patterns appear, it indicates long-term liver depression and qi stagnation, frequent palpitations, chest tightness, and accompanied by dark blue plaques, the liver may have been damaged.

If the liver area is enlarged, the fat under the skin is very thick, and the skin surface is raised and protruding, it indicates fatty liver.

If this area is dark in color and has no luster, especially when island lines appear, it is often due to breast hyperplasia caused by depression.

5. Lung area: Located near the thumb on the thenar eminence, it is mainly used to observe the lung’s control over the body’s vital energy.

Since Yuan Qi is closely related to the kidney Qi and the circulation of Qi and blood, this area is the main part to determine the quality of a person's health. If the muscles in this area are fuller, without any wrinkles, and have good elasticity, and the blood color recovers quickly after acupressure, it indicates that the person will live a long life.

If this area appears bright red, it is a sign that a wind-heat type cold is about to occur. If it is bluish white, it is a sign of an impending cold.

If the palm is a mixture of red and white, and the lung area (thenar near the thumb) is dark purple, it indicates that you are susceptible to influenza.

6 Intestinal area: Located between the wisdom line and the life line, in the upper part of the hypothenar eminence, this area reflects the function of the intestines.

Look at the weather

Ruddy and shiny—→Indicates that the body is normal and all functions are in good condition;

Dark and withered - indicates weak body energy and poor immunity;

Too rosy → indicates high blood lipids, blood sugar or blood viscosity.

Color Observation

White—→In traditional Chinese medicine, it indicates deficiency and cold, which is inflammation and anemia in Western medicine;

Red—→ In traditional Chinese medicine, it indicates heat syndrome, which is inflammation or bleeding in Western medicine;

Blue—→In TCM, it means cold, pain, blood stasis, and shock, which is poor circulation in Western medicine;

Yellow—→ In traditional Chinese medicine, it indicates physical weakness, which is a chronic disease in Western medicine;

Black—→In traditional Chinese medicine, it indicates kidney deficiency, pain, and cold, which are critical illnesses in Western medicine.

Look at the shape

Concave: If the skin of a certain part is lower than the surrounding skin, it indicates that the organ represented by this part has low function;

Convex—→If the complexion spots on the skin are raised compared to the surrounding skin, it indicates a chronic disease or space-occupying lesion.

7 Stomach area: If this area is deeply concave, the surrounding palm hills are arched, the palm lines in the middle are clear, and the color is pink and shiny, it indicates that the stomach functions well, the mood is good, the emotions are stable, and the body is healthy.

If the texture of this area is scattered, there are many problems with the seven emotions, and one often suffers from insomnia and physical weakness due to depression.

If this area is flushed, it indicates that the internal heat is rising, which is more common in autonomic nervous system disorders or chronic wasting diseases.

If this area is cold, dry and pale, it indicates insufficient heart qi and weak spleen and stomach, which is often seen in weak cardiovascular system, indigestion and low endocrine function.

If this area is dark blue, it indicates stomach problem.

8. Reproductive area: Located above the middle of the wrist crease, this area indicates the strength of the urinary and reproductive systems.

If this area is too sunken, has abnormal spots, and has many chaotic lines, it indicates poor reproductive system function. Men often suffer from impotence, premature ejaculation, and prostatitis, while women are prone to infertility, irregular menstruation, uterine fibroids, and gynecological inflammation.

If there are island patterns, "M"-shaped patterns, or triangular patterns in the middle of this area, it means that you are prone to gynecological diseases and should have regular B-ultrasound examinations.
