The scholar asked the fish with tears in his eyes: Five hundred years ago, you and I turned into two lotus flowers in front of the Buddha. If you still love me, please come back to the mortal world with me to continue our relationship, okay? The fish said: I realized the truth in front of the Buddha, and you suffered in front of the Buddha. You and I were originally two lotuses in front of the Buddha. If we can devote ourselves to practice, we can also cultivate a marriage. Unfortunately, you are trapped in love, and our fate has ended. This is God's will. Go, there is true love waiting for you in this world. After five hundred years of waiting, the scholar failed to impress her. Thinking that there would never be another woman he liked in this world, he decided to spend the rest of his life in the quiet Nanhai Temple, a Buddhist temple.
