Look at your palm, the eight palaces on your palm can tell your physical health

Palmistry divides the human palm into eight palaces, corresponding to the eight trigrams. Each trigram represents the function of an organ or bowel movement in the human body, so diseases of the organs and bowels can be displayed on the trigram position on the palm. 1. Gan Palace

1. A raised and rosy Gan Palace indicates that the five internal organs are full of vitality and energy, which is a sign of good health.

2. Messy lines appear on the Gan Palace, the skin is dry, and the complexion is dark blue, yellow and dark, indicating emotional depression, endocrine disorders, fatigue and shortness of breath.

3. The Qiangong is sunken, the tendons are exposed, and the bones are exposed, and the skin is dull and pale, reflecting the weakening of the circulation of qi and blood, which is common in people with serious or long-term illnesses.

2. Kan Palace

1. The Kan Palace is raised and soft, with a lustrous and smooth appearance, reflecting good functioning of the cardiovascular, urinary and reproductive systems.

2. The texture of Kan Palace is disordered, the skin is rough, and the luster is dull, which indicates poor nutrition and physical weakness in childhood, lack of vitality in adulthood, easy fatigue and close relationship with heart disease.

3. The blue veins in the Kan position are raised, sunken, thin and without flesh. Most of them are people who are seriously ill or cannot recover after a serious illness.

4. The lines on the wrist below the Kan Palace are scattered, broken, thin, curved, or even triangular and rushing towards the palm, indicating kidney deficiency. Women are prone to miscarriage and men have sexual dysfunction.

3. Gen Palace

1. The texture of the Gen Palace is scattered, the skin is rough, and there is an oval dark color, which means that the spleen and stomach function poorly and the patient is suffering from stomach disease.

2. The blue veins in the Gen Palace are raised, obviously sunken, thin and without flesh, which also reflects weak spleen and stomach.

3. The most taboo for the Gen Palace is being soft and collapsed, which refers to the phenomenon that the fingerprint depression that appears after pressing the hand does not disappear for a long time. This indicates that microcirculation is poor, which is a sign of weak heart function.

4. Zhen Palace

1. The lower and middle part of the Zhen Palace appears atrophied, soft, and cannot be pressed down. It is pale and weak and has many fine and messy lines. It is a sign of reproductive and endocrine disorders.

2. Leaf-like island patterns on the upper part of the Chen Palace often indicate chronic gastritis, and the illness has lasted for a long time.

5. Xun Palace

1. Excessive bulging of the Xun Palace indicates high cholesterol, high blood lipids and blood pressure, and high bile concentration.

2. Xun Palace is significantly higher than Zhen Palace, and bile reflux gastritis is common.

3. People with disordered texture in Xun Palace should have their bile duct system checked frequently to prevent the occurrence of bile duct diseases.
