However, once it has condensed into a solid color, the effect will definitely be seen, and then it will disperse, and once it disperses it will never be seen again. If there are people who have seen the effects but still do not disperse, it means that the person in charge has seen them again, so they cannot just gather and disperse. Please understand this carefully.
