When the saliva accumulates to a certain amount, swallow it slowly and feel the saliva irrigating the internal organs and nourishing the dantian. This is called "Jade Liquid Returning to the Palace". Therefore, this action can generate yang while replenishing yin.

Appearance is determined by the heart. To be more specific, it can be said that a person's face is the final result of the mutual attraction and compromise of various meridians on the head and face. To put it more clearly, the face is the product of the interaction between the yin and yang of the body, among which yang is dominant because the head is dominated by the yang meridians, and yin is secondary.
