What to look out for when interviewing others

What to look out for when interviewing others

Nowadays, the flow of talents is becoming more and more frequent. To understand a person, in addition to looking at his education level, life experience, and career achievements, how can we quickly understand his character and conduct? Facial features can provide an important reference.

1. Big head

People with big heads are more down-to-earth and honest. They are not so impetuous and are not likely to think about changing jobs every other day. Of course, if you have a big head, you need a thick neck. People with thick necks are healthy and can endure hardships. It is rare to see people with big heads and thick necks gossiping everywhere.

2. Thick nose

People with big noses and thick nose wings can bring wealth to the company. Such people are more generous, easy to get along with, able to consider the overall situation, and are kind-hearted. They will not say one thing in front of you and another behind your back. The height of the nose is also important. People with high noses tend to have stronger personalities and stubborn tempers, and may appear a little unapproachable at times, but they are energetic, willing to work, and like to lead others. People with low noses tend to be more obedient, and can accept leadership and follow orders well.

3. Bright eyes

Only people with bright eyes will have a clear mind, be confident and have a strong will. If a person's eyes are always flickering and avoiding the interviewer's gaze, then there is probably something wrong with this person. He or she may be lying, or he or she may have absolutely no confidence and lack of ability.

4. Zygomatic bones

The height of the cheekbones is similar to the height of the nose. People with high cheekbones like to be in power, like to lead and command others. They are very sensitive to personnel changes and pay attention to internal and external changes of the company. People with low cheekbones, on the contrary, like to passively accept the leadership of others, have no interest in being a leader, and pay more attention to their own lives rather than the company's performance.

The above is a sharing about what to pay attention to when interviewing others. For more information on physiognomy, please follow the Dream Interpreter website!
