KnCMiner is one of the most prominent companies in the field of Bitcoin mining and has received a lot of attention in recent years. In addition, the company has established KnCMiner computing centers in many places in order to fairly distribute global computing power . According to an article in PCWorld, plans to build new computing centers within four weeks have been put on the company's agenda. KnCMiner raises the bar for building new data centers KnCMiner is getting pretty serious when it comes to commissioning a new Bitcoin mining center . In fact, the company is making progress in record time, and its current plan is to have their new mining center up and running in four weeks. Keep in mind that this four-week plan includes what is usually referred to as breaking ground to start operations. Although you might have expected that signing a premises agreement would normally take up the majority of the time. However, with the premises agreement already in place, KnCMiner was able to begin construction of their new Bitcoin hashing center in Boden, Sweden. The rollout is part of the “Node Pole” technology cluster recently established by Facebook. KnCMiner made this announcement just six months after launching their previous hashing center, as the company is currently in the midst of an aggressive expansion. Part of the reason the company has been able to get things done so far is because they don’t have to worry about air conditioning. The “Node Pole” is located near the Arctic Circle, where cold air is plentiful. Something interesting happened during the process of KnCMiner building their hash center. Once the contractors had put all the pieces together, the company’s employees began installing and powering up the first Bitcoin production machine. This hybrid process accelerated the rollout process, making the four-week schedule possible.
Time is money in the Bitcoin production world There is no time to waste in the Bitcoin production race. Keep one thing in mind when producing Bitcoin: do your best to get the required hardware to produce as many Bitcoins as possible on the network every day. Every day before launching a new mining center means diminishing returns. Similar to KnCMiner ’s previous hash centers, the new center in Boden runs on 20 megawatts of electricity. However, the company has not officially disclosed exactly how much hashing power this represents. After all, the exact production capacity depends on a variety of factors, including the quality of the chips and how they are designed.
