Diane Graysmith Appointed Uphold Chief Financial Officer

Recently, Uphold announced the appointment of Diane Graysmith as its new Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. It is reported that Diane will lead and manage Uphold's global business financial reporting and governance, including policy formulation and system construction.

Mr. Anthony Watson, Chief Executive Officer of Uphold, said:

“We are all excited to welcome Diane to our team. With over 20 years of experience in financial management, she will have a positive impact on the company’s global expansion. Diane will work with me to lead and manage the company from London.”

Diane is a senior financial worker who has made outstanding contributions in the fields of technology, media and financial investment banking, whether it is the establishment of start-ups, their gradual development, improvement, and public listing, or serving as the financial director of commercial giants.

Prior to joining Uphold, Diane served as CFO at Byhiras, a Fintech50-ranked internet finance company. She also worked closely with the boards of directors of several commercial companies to develop financial policies and development strategies for their business development. Prior to Byhiras, Diane had 12 years of experience in mergers and acquisitions, private equity business development and investment in various commercial companies.
