C.net CEO recruits hackers to recover stolen Bitcoins, and both parties have signed an agreement

In January this year, Cryptsy declared bankruptcy due to insolvency caused by a hacker attack. Recently, Cryptsy recruited hackers to help recover the lost coins. According to a PDF released by Cryptsy, Cryptsy CEO Paul Vernon has reached a cooperation agreement with a hacker with the pseudonym "Cryptcracker". As long as Cryptcracker recovers the stolen funds, Paul Vernon will give Cryptcracker corresponding rewards.

The agreement is as follows:

1. If you (Cryptcracker) recover 13,000 bitcoins (approximately) stolen from the Cryptsy platform, then Cryptcracker will receive 1,750 bitcoins (approximately 13.46154% of 13,000 bitcoins). To make the bonus amount clearer, if the amount of bitcoins recovered by you is not equal to 13,000 bitcoins, then you will receive 13.46154% of the total amount of bitcoins actually recovered as a bonus.

2. If you recover the 247,000 Litecoins (approximately) stolen from the Cryptsy platform, you will receive an additional 250 Bitcoins as a reward. The first task of recovering Bitcoins is the primary task, and the second task of recovering Litecoins is the secondary task. When the first task is completed, you can proceed to the second task.

3. If Party B recovers other coins stolen from the Cryptsy platform, such as BTCD (about 37,400) and X11 (about 239,000), he will receive an additional reward. The amount of the reward will be determined after the first two tasks are completed.

4. Recovering the stolen bitcoins is the top priority. After recovering the stolen bitcoins, the bitcoins must be sent to the bitcoin address owned by Party A (Paul Vernon): 1Mr4WJMQCXs9WtvHTwafQnXbtSXCMc9eSr. Within 3 hours after receiving the bitcoins sent by Party B, Party A must send 1,750 bitcoins or 13.46154% of the recovered funds to the bitcoin address owned by Party B: 1H9utcaSkwstmP4qFgoE3HyBjkM1oeFTLK.

To ensure privacy, Party B wishes to remain anonymous, but if a problem arises and Party B needs to reveal their identity, Party B has created a signed message that will contain Party B's identity, i.e. real name, date of birth, and place of birth. Only Party B has the right to decrypt this signed message, and this signed message and public PGP key created by Party B will be displayed in this contract (those interested can view the pdf of Cryptsy).
