Synereo project's second round of financing is about to start

In order to be the first to enter the next phase of the Synereo project, we are conducting additional fundraising activities.

During the 2015 ICO, we detailed that we would be conducting the second round of Synereo’s multi-stage funding strategy. The goal of this strategy is to maximize the impact of investments and prevent capital loss for investors and capital holders. Startups have proven that conducting multiple rounds of investment is beneficial to achieving development goals, which is why Synereo has launched the Alpha version of the decentralized social network.

The Alpha version will be live for the first time at a conference in Vancouver on September 9th. Attendees will be able to install our decentralized node software on their devices and participate in the Alpha version of our social networking layer. Fundraising will begin next week.

The Synereo project has shown impressive growth. The Alpha version of the social network layer is a relatively simple application that has been further developed based on feedback and suggestions from our community. It marks the maturity of our platform and shows that it is a fully decentralized network. In the Alpha version, users can communicate, create consensus, or store and upload files through a peer-to-peer network without relying on any centralized server.

Today, the development of Synereo's scalable distributed computing platform has made significant progress and is ready to enter the next phase, which is to develop the infrastructure of decentralized systems. How to participate?

Equity Investment

The investment was made possible with the help of BnkToTheFuture.com, an online investment platform that provides financial innovation and technology investment opportunities.

Qualified investors can invest in stocks and share equity, with a minimum investment of $1,000. On the BnkToTheFuture platform, stock investors can receive AMP bonuses based on the size of their investment.

AMP Sales

Sales Price

During the funding campaign, AMP will be available on BnkToTheFuture.com, synereo.com/sale and Yunbi.com at a fixed price of 33,000 satoshis per AMP, which will increase gradually in three steps and include a 24-hour bonus phase.

Bonus Phase : First 24 Hours

AMP will be distributed in the form of 33,000 satoshis per AMP, and there will be a reward of 1 million AMP in the first 24 hours. During this period, these AMPs will be distributed in proportion to the purchase volume of each buyer.

For example, if Bob invested 40 BTC, he would receive 121,212 AMPS. With the 9% reward, his total amount would reach 30 / 0.00033000 * 1.09 = 132,121 AMPs.

This trading method encourages people to buy AMP directly from Synereo, and is also intended to prevent some buyers from manipulating the market or immediately reselling their own AMP. Please note that for a short period of time after the transaction ends, all issued AMP will be sent to the buyer at the same time.

Setting the price for this investment event was no easy task; this will be the first sale of a publicly traded cryptocurrency.
