Bitmain Shenzhen After-Sales Service Notice for Spring Festival Holiday

Dear Antminer users:

From February 10 to February 22, 2018, the Shenzhen after-sales maintenance center will be closed for the Spring Festival. During the holiday, logistics packages will not be signed for, after-sales services will not be delivered, and the system status will not be updated.

It is recommended that miners avoid returning to the machines during this period to avoid loss of logistics packages.

1. The after-sales logistics arrangements before the festival are as follows. Please refer to the local logistics notice for actual conditions. If there are any abnormalities, please contact customer service in advance for confirmation.

a. Goods shipped to Xinjiang before February 3 (including that day) can arrive normally;

b. Before February 6 (including that day), the goods can be delivered to: Gansu, Jilin, Liaoning, Ningxia, Qinghai, Inner Mongolia, Yunnan, Heilongjiang;

c. Before February 7 (including that day), the goods can be delivered to: Shanghai, Jiangsu, Zhejiang, Beijing, Henan, Hebei, Tianjin, Anhui, Guizhou, Hubei, Shandong, Shanxi, Shaanxi, Sichuan, Chongqing;

d. Before February 8 (including that day), the goods can be delivered to Fujian, Guangdong, Guangxi, Jiangxi, Hunan and Hainan.

2. On February 23, 2018, after-sales service can receive and ship goods normally.

3. After-sales WeChat customer service will be online on February 19, 20 and 21.
