Tutorials on ETH/ETC single mining and ETH/ETC+SC dual mining

1. F2Pool ETH/ETC mining is registration-free and adopts the PPS capital preservation distribution model;

3. Automatic settlement at 08:00 daily. Payment to the designated address within eight hours after settlement. Payment once a day. Minimum payment of 0.1ETH/ETC.

4. The newly mined payment address will not receive real-time income until the mining software shows "share accepted".

5. The mining pool delay seen by the mining software is normally less than 2000ms, and should be less than 500ms when the network is in good condition. If it is greater than this value, please check your network.

6. After starting mining, the real-time income and all miners’ computing power can be seen here:

Single mining refers to mining only ETH/ETC, and dual mining refers to mining ETH/ETC and another currency together. It will not affect the computing power of single mining ETH/ETC, but dual mining consumes high power and can make the machine temperature too high, which can easily lead to problems such as burning the power supply or circuit, so you must choose carefully.

1. Set parameters in mining software

1. Set up mining pool, miner and wallet address

Unzip the downloaded mining software.

(1) Single mining

Open the mining software folder, find start-单挖.bat, right-click, and select "Edit". The code in the start-单挖.bat file is as shown below.

If you want to mine ETH, you need to modify the wallet address and miner number. If you want to mine ETC, you also need to change the mining pool address to etc.f2pool.com:8008.

Please change the miner number according to your own situation. It is recommended that the machine is related to the IP or number of the mining machine itself. If you mine ETH, write the ETH payment address. If you mine ETC, write the ETC payment address. The payment address can be obtained by downloading the official wallet client. If you are not familiar with the wallet, you can get it from the trading platform:

ETH/ETC overseas trading platforms: P Network (https://poloniex.com/), Bitfinex (https://www.bitfinex.com/)

Parameter details:

 -epool #Fill in the ETH or ETC mining pool address of the fish pool -ewal #Fill in the ETH or ETC payment address -eworker #Fill in the miner number, a combination of lowercase English letters or numbers -epsw #Fill in any password -dbg #Log output to file, -1 means turning off the log output function

(2) ETH and SC dual mining:

Open the mining software folder, find start-双挖sc.bat, right-click and select "Edit".

The editing page is as shown in the figure below. Replace the 4 items marked in the figure with your own, then click "File/Save" to save the changes and close the window.

Parameter details:

 -epool #Fill in the ETH mining pool address of F2Pool -ewal #Fill in the ETH payment address -epsw #Fill in any ETH miner password -eworker #Fill in the ETH miner number, a combination of lowercase English letters or numbers -estale #Send delayed shares to the mining pool, 0 means not to send, 1 means to send -dpool #Fill in the SC mining pool address -dwal #Fill in the SC payment address. SC miner number -dpsw #Fill in any SC miner password -dcri #The working intensity of the second currency, the default value is 30, this value can be adjusted without affecting the ETH computing power to obtain the best SC mining speed, generally set between 20-30 -dcoin #The second currency mined in dual mining mode -dbg #Log output to file, -1 means to turn off the log output function

After modifying the start file, save and close it, create a shortcut and paste it into the startup directory (the location is as follows), so that the mining software will automatically run when the computer is turned on:

2. Add backup mining pool

Find the epools.txt file in the mining software and double-click to open it.

Add the following command line to the epools.txt file:

(1) ETH Mining

POOL: backup-eth.f2pool.com:8008, WALLET: 0xD69af2A796A737A103F12d2f0BCC563a13900E6F.rig1349, PSW: x, ESM: 0, ALLPOOLS: 0

Save and close the file.

2. Double-click start.bat to start mining, and then double-click to open GPU-Z to view the graphics card parameters.

If the code in the mining software is blue, it means it is working normally. If it is purple, it means you need to pay the software development team. If a large number of red codes appear, you need to check whether there is a problem with the hardware.

The results of the single mining software are shown in the figure below. When the GPU core frequency is 1325.2MHz, the GPU memory frequency is 2000MHz, and the power consumption is 122.2W, the ETH computing power is around 24Mh/s.

Pay attention to the temperature of your GPU to prevent it from overheating.

The results of the ETH and SC dual mining software are shown in the figure below. When the GPU core frequency is 721.1MHz, the GPU memory frequency is 2120MHz, and the power consumption is 139.1W, the ETH computing power is around 18Mh/s and the SC computing power is around 279 Mh/s.
