According to Coindesk, Bitcoin mining giant Bitmain has officially opened its cryptocurrency mining facility in Rockdale, Texas, and is expected to start mining operations early next year. As part of its "North American strategic investment and expansion plan," Bitmain will invest $500 million in this blockchain data center over the next seven years. |
