Paraguay's Itaipu Dam to Support Bitcoin and Ethereum Mining

According to Bitcoin news, Paraguay’s Itaipú Dam, one of the world’s largest hydroelectric facilities, is supporting Bitcoin and Ethereum mining in Ciudad del Este, a city on the country’s border with Brazil and Argentina.

Cheap and abundant electricity from the Itaipu Dam is reportedly powering approximately 20,000 digital currency mining rigs.
