Canadian miners use waste heat from mining machines to heat their homes

On November 22, according to news.bitcoin, a cryptocurrency miner in Quebec, Canada, showed a series of photos of heating equipment on the social platform. The equipment uses the heat energy recovered from six ASIC mining machines to heat a 600-square-foot house.

The miner claims the system is able to comfortably heat the house at the temperature he wants and operate year-round. Excess heat circulates outside his house and the entire structure is "completely silent."
