Grayscale: More than 33% of U.S. investors are interested in investing in crypto assets such as Bitcoin

According to Grayscale, the world's largest cryptocurrency investment manager, more than a third of U.S. investors have expressed interest in investing in Bitcoin and other crypto assets.
Grayscale said this is a wake-up call for financial advisors to catch up with crypto assets and facilitate the transition of new adopters in the crypto market. "More than a third of US investors are interested in cryptocurrencies like #Bitcoin. It's time for financial advisors to accelerate the adoption of this asset class." The company now offers financial advisors the newly launched Digital Currency Toolkit, a resource center to help them better understand the digital currency asset class. Bitcoin will only get stronger
Since the crypto market began to rebound in June and peaked in July, the total amount of digital assets managed by Grayscale has been hitting record highs. Among them, the Bitcoin and Ethereum funds that led the rally also hit record highs in 2020.
Grayscale’s latest update shows that its AUM is $5.5 billion, and the company has bigger plans to hold more cryptocurrencies.
The growing interest in digital assets as an alternative store of value to the U.S. dollar has driven the widespread adoption of crypto assets currently underway in the United States.
Individuals in both the younger and older demographics are moving from fiat to secondary assets, with younger people showing a preference for digital assets and older people preferring to invest in gold.
Gold prices have been rising, correlating with bullish activity in the cryptocurrency market, with experts speculating that the current fiat currency crisis will drive prices of both asset classes higher in 2020.
According to Tom Emmer, a representative from the U.S. House of Representatives from Minnesota, Bitcoin’s concept of decentralized finance represents a bright future for Americans, ensuring that Bitcoin will only become stronger and more influential.
Millennials want crypto wealth
Grayscale is slowly perfecting its master plan to increase the flow of more money into the cryptocurrency market and its massive crypto asset reserves. The company recently said that baby boomers collectively hold $68 trillion in wealth. Although they prefer gold to digital assets, baby boomers will eventually have to transfer this wealth to millennials, who are five times more likely to invest in Bitcoin.
Grayscale is also exploring another inflow of funds from younger investors by targeting traders on popular trading app Robinhood, which has 13 million users under the age of 35.
Financial advisors may open the market to a wider variety of investors, especially as bullish sentiment prevails in the crypto market.
