Equipped with Bitmain's first 7nm chip, the Antminer T15 was launched in November 2018, continuing the miracle of the Antminer with its sustainability and super energy-saving level . Bringing together Bitmain's all-round technological evolution, the T15 supports the SHA256 mining algorithm, allowing miners to enjoy a new mining experience with high performance and low power consumption. Today , I will bring you a comprehensive evaluation of the T15. Let's take a look at its performance! Basic product data
Unboxing photos The Antminer T15 is packed in a five-layer industrial carton. The protective layer of the miner packaging is made of pearl cotton board, which can effectively ensure the transportation safety of the miner and reduce collisions during transportation. In addition to the miner, the box also comes with a Chinese and English manual for the miner. There are two cooling fans on the front of the T15. Similar to other mining machines, the network cable interface, reset button, IP Report button and status indicator light can be seen from the front of the mining machine. The back of the mining machine is a honeycomb heat dissipation network. The T15 is an all-in-one design, and the mining machine power supply is hung on the side of the mining machine. Installation and Debugging This test was conducted in an office with a room temperature of 26 degrees. The mining pool was Antminer. The wiring of T15 is very simple. You only need to connect the network cable and the power cable. After completing the wiring, start to power on the miner. Wait a few minutes until the green light on the miner starts to flash, then start to find the miner IP and enter the miner management backend. Fill in the mining pool mining service address in the URL, fill in your miner number in the worker column, and the password column does not need to be changed. Click Save to complete the setting, and the miner starts working. Noise and temperature After the mining machine has been running stably for a period of time, we measured the noise. At a distance of 10 cm from the air inlet of the mining machine, the noise of the mining machine was measured to be about 76 decibels. Using a temperature tester, the temperature at the air inlet of the mining machine was measured to be about 28.4 degrees, and the temperature at the air outlet was about 37.9 degrees. From the mining machine background, we can see that the temperature of the computing board is in the range of 47 to 65 degrees, and the temperature of the chip is in the range of 62 to 80 degrees. Computing power and power consumption 【T15 standard mode computing power curve 】 [T15 standard mode power consumption] 【T15 Standard Mode 24H Income】 [T15 low power mode computing power curve] [T15 low power mode power consumption] 【T15 low power mode 24H benefit 】 As of the deadline (January 4, 2019), according to the PPS+ mining revenue model of Ant Pool, in standard mode, the revenue of a T15 in 24 hours a day is 0.0011 BTC, and in low power mode, the revenue of a T15 in 24 hours a day is 0.0009 BTC. Here we would like to remind everyone that the revenue of the mining machine is adjusted with the mining difficulty. Evaluation Summary
