According to BlockBeats, Monero XMR reached the block height 1978433 scheduled for hard fork upgrade at around 3 am on December 1. After the hard fork, the algorithm was changed to a new long-term proof-of-work algorithm RandomX. RandomX is a new long-term proof-of-work algorithm to improve privacy and user experience, and reduce the workload to support services and transactions. |
