In order to cooperate with the country's prevention and control of the new coronavirus epidemic and in combination with the relevant requirements of the central and local governments, our team's after-sales service time will be adjusted as follows:
1. Starting from February 10 (the 17th day of the first lunar month), we will resume accepting returned machines for repair. Please make a repair plan in advance. The logistics delivery time is subject to the notification of each logistics company;
2. From now until February 14, our company provides remote after-sales customer service. You can directly leave a message through the WeChat public account to contact the after-sales staff. The service time is 9:00-18:00 every day;
3. Starting from February 14, all after-sales service work will return to normal.
Thank you for your understanding and support! Once again, we would like to remind you: wash your hands frequently, ventilate your room more, get enough sleep, go out as little as possible, wear a mask when going out, and maintain good hygiene habits.
