According to previous reports, Shenma Mining Machine and Bitmain Antminer have started shipping in February, and Bitmain also stated that the company has resumed domestic maintenance services since February 20. In addition, Hangzhou-based Canaan Creative also released the latest Avalon 1066 Pro model on February 28, which has a computing power of 50 terabytes per second (TH/s). Since mid-February, the company has also gradually resumed business.

However, it is certain that this does not mean that these mining machine manufacturers have fully recovered their production and delivery capabilities before the outbreak of the new coronavirus. F2pool's chief operating officer said that manufacturers' production and logistics capabilities have not yet fully recovered. He said: "There are still many mining sites that do not allow maintenance teams. It is expected that Bitcoin's hash rate may rise to a maximum of 130 EH/s in the next two months, after which Bitcoin will be halved, when Bitcoin's hash rate will rise by about 10% again." Thomas Heller, global business director of F2pool, has the same expectation that Bitcoin's hash rate may remain around 120-130 EH/s before May.

“Massive deployment of the M30S and S19 models is unlikely before June/July,” Heller said. “It is unclear whether the impact of the coronavirus in South Korea will affect the supply of new machines from Whatsminer, as their chips come from Samsung, while Bitmain’s chips come from TSMC.”
