The second step is to disassemble the machine and check the internal structure.

After removing the front fan, three computing boards tightly wrapped by heat sinks can be seen. Reinforced card slots are embedded in the chassis to ensure that the whole machine is more sturdy and reliable.

After removing the fan at the back air outlet, it can be seen that the extraction track of the computing board is neat and smooth.

The connection accessories between the power supply and the hash board are thick and strong. The main control board will be explained in detail later.

The removable hashboard design, unscrew the two screws connected to the power supply, unplug the main control board connection line, and the hashboard can be easily taken out. Maintenance work will be more convenient and flexible. This design is the favorite of site operation and maintenance!

According to official information, the module is implanted with multiple encryption algorithms and has a native anti-tampering mechanism, which can effectively prevent computing power loss and theft.

During the restoration process, I noticed this temperature sensor built into the front fan.

Directly connected to the main control board, it is used to monitor the ambient temperature. The main control board sends fan speed adjustment instructions based on the ambient temperature and the core temperature of the computing chip. The higher the temperature, the faster the fan speed, and vice versa.

The internal disassembly is complete, the power supply is connected, the network cable is connected to the router, and it is ready to be turned on.

The green light is on, and it is working properly. Use a computer to log in to the mining machine console, find the IP address of the mining machine (search through the router, or use the mining machine IP search tool), and enter http://mining machine ip in the browser (for example: http://192.168.1.123)

Successfully enter the mining machine login interface and enter the default password to enter the mining machine console.

Avalon operation and maintenance software FMS supports multiple operating platforms, and its user-friendly functions facilitate back-end batch operations, enhanced machine performance scanning capabilities, and real-time machine operation status. In this interface, we can see the mining machine model, fan speed, and real-time operation data.

After the configuration is completed and saved, we will measure the power, temperature and noise parameters of the mining machine after it runs stably.

After the mining machine has been working stably for 24 hours, we went to the fish pool to see how stable it is. The average hashrate is 55.04T, the highest value is 63.8T, and the lowest value is greater than 50T. The hashrate curve is smooth and stable, even slightly exceeding the official parameters, and the working condition is good.
