Nintendo game developer responds to rumors that the new game was removed due to mining: encryption technology will not be used in "Cooking Mama" in the past and in the future

According to BlockBeats, Nintendo has removed its recently released new game "Cooking Mama: Cookstar". Rumor has it that this game actually uses Nintendo terminals to mine cryptocurrencies without the players' knowledge.
As previously reported by Lvdong, the game was mysteriously removed from the Nintendo eShop a few hours after it was released on April 1, with neither Nintendo nor the publisher explaining the reason. There is no definitive evidence that Cooking Mama is actually a "password mine," but that doesn't mean it's not suspicious. Some users say that when you play it, the network traffic on your Switch will soar, the battery will drain, and the console will overheat within half an hour.
In response to the above issues, the game developer 1st Playable stated, "As developers, we can say with certainty that there is no cryptocurrency, data collection, blockchain, or anything else suspicious in the code. Nintendo Switch is a very safe platform and does not have any data and privacy issues associated with mobile and computer games." In response to netizens' mention of news reports about the game involving blockchain, 1st Playable stated that this was a news version released in February 2019, and the developer never mentioned blockchain.
Publisher Planet Entertainment also said, "None of our games, including Cooking Mama, have ever used encryption technology, either in the past or in the future."
In addition, according to ScreenRant, an anonymous developer who claimed to be involved in the development of the game said in an interview that the real reason for the game's withdrawal from sale was a legal dispute between the publisher Planet Entertainment and the intellectual property (IP) holder Office Create (now renamed Cooking Mama Limited).
