The three parties will work together to use blockchain technology to build the "JD Blockchain Anti-Counterfeiting and Traceability Open Platform", and gradually realize the traceability and anti-counterfeiting of online and offline retail products through the alliance chain, more effectively protect the rights and interests of brands and consumers, and help consumers continuously improve the quality of their shopping experience on JD.

JD.com believes that the characteristics of blockchain, such as data immutability and timestamp existence proof, can well support the traceability and anti-counterfeiting of goods. Taking fresh food as an example, in the future, after shopping on JD.com, users only need to open the JD.com APP, find the order, click "one-click traceability" or directly scan the traceability code on the product to trace the source information. It is reported that the platform is based on the retail ecosystem of JD.com and serves high-quality brands. It is committed to displaying the full traceability information of quality goods to consumers, making the quality of goods visible and authentic.
