At around 11 a.m. on May 8, when the business license of Beijing Bitmain Co., Ltd., whose legal representative is Zhan Ketuan, was being collected at window 52 on the second floor of the Haidian District Government Service Center, it was snatched away from the industrial and commercial administrative staff by a group of unidentified men.

An on-site source told Chain Finance that the group of unidentified men numbered about 60 people, among whom Liu Luyao was in charge of the scene.

It is understood that Liu Luyao is the former legal representative of Beijing Bitmain and a high school and undergraduate classmate of Wu Jihan.

At present, Zhan Ketuan’s side has reported the case to the local police station, Shangdi Police Station, and the Shangdi Police Station has dispatched police to handle the case.

Previously, Haidian District made an administrative reconsideration decision on January 31, 2020, revoking the registration change of the legal representative to Wu Jihan on October 28. And on April 28, 2020, it issued another reconsideration decision to revoke Liu Luyao's status as the legal representative.
