Bitmain is listed in the "2020 Hurun China Top 10 Private Chip Design Enterprises" list

On June 18, Hurun Research Institute released the "2020 Hurun China Top 10 Private Chip Design Enterprises", which lists the top 10 local private chip design enterprises in China according to their market value or valuation. It is reported that this is the first time that Hurun Research Institute has released this list. The specific information is shown in the figure. Among them, Bitmain ranks 7th with a valuation of 30 billion yuan.
The list data shows that the total market value of the top ten companies has reached 600 billion, and almost all of them operate in the Fabless model. The companies are only engaged in research and development and sales, while entrusting wafer manufacturing, packaging and testing to professional manufacturers.
It is worth noting that the companies on the list mainly engage in chip design, so although domestic technology giants BAT are involved in chip design, they are not included in the statistics.
