Bitmain is suspected to launch a new Ethereum mining machine E7, with a single machine computing power of over 500M

According to BlockBeats, the monitoring data of Ant Sentinel website showed that a mining machine named "E7" was mining today. This mining machine should be an Ethereum mining machine. Ant Miner had previously launched the Ethereum mining machine E3. According to the data on Ant Sentinel's website, there are a large number of mining machines, or nearly a thousand, with an average computing power of about 500M ~ 550M. Other parameters are not yet known. According to the website data, some mining machines have been put into operation for about 21 days. According to BlockBeats, the computing power of E7 can be compared with the Xindong mining machine A10, which was launched in September 2018 and has a computing power of about 485Mh. If calculated based on the current computing power, it is estimated that the Ant Miner E7 can earn more than 10 yuan per day than the Xindong A10.

According to the analysis of Rhythm, the launch of this product may be due to the current unsatisfactory returns of Bitcoin mining, and the mining machines with higher returns are all other currencies, such as Zcash, CKB, etc. Therefore, mining other currencies can generate higher returns. Based on the scale of less than 1,000 units, E7 may not be put on the market for sale, and will only be used for internal mining.
