Percentage of Bitcoin sold by miners to exchanges hits one-year low in Q2

The percentage of bitcoin sold by miners to exchanges in the second quarter fell to its lowest level in a year, according to data provided by Chainalysis. The metric, which measures the percentage of bitcoin supply that miners send to exchanges, fell to 15% on May 20, a one-year low. The metric has been on a downward trend throughout the April-June period.
