According to the Judgment Documents Network, the judgment of the labor dispute case involving the three founders of Bitmain and Biyin came into effect on August 31. Pan Zhibiao, Li Tianzhao, and Zhu Yu were required to pay Bitmain 1,386,000 yuan, 1,224,000 yuan, and 1,056,024 yuan respectively for breach of contract for non-competition, totaling about 3.666 million yuan. According to previous news from Biyin, according to the first-instance judgment, Pan Zhibiao, Zhu Yu, and Li Tianzhao of Biyin should pay Bitmain a total of about 2.1 million yuan in compensation.
