Support for ipfs:// and ipns://

The news of Chromium supporting dweb protocols, including ipfs://, comes on the heels of Chrome Beta’s announcement that it will expand its safelist of distributed web protocols to registerProtocolHandler(). IPFS is included alongside cabal, dat, dake, dweb, ethereum, hyper, ipns, and ssb.

Is the IPFS project placed on Filecoin?
