Google Chrome beta adds support for IPFS

Hot on the heels of the news of Chromium supporting dweb protocols (including ipfs://) comes the announcement that Chrome Beta has expanded the safelist distributed web protocols for registerProtocolHandler(). IPFS is included in cabal, dat, did, dweb, ethereum, hyper, ipns, and ssb .

Putting IPFS projects on Filecoin

We’re looking for as many IPFS projects as possible to integrate with Filecoin by September 18th. ProtocolLabs can provide grants for large projects that meet this timeline, as well as support from our engineering team and community on how to deploy your application to the network and tools like Textile’s Powergate that make integration even easier.
