Beijing's first central bank digital currency application scenario was launched in Fengtai Lize

On December 29, Beijing's first central bank digital currency application scenario was launched in Lize, Fengtai. This morning, a coffee shop called Manmao Coffee in Jintang Building, west of Lize Bridge, launched a digital RMB application scenario test. Authorized consumers can already use digital RMB wallets to pay for various commodities. At present, the digital RMB system has basically completed top-level design, standard setting, function development and joint debugging and testing. After pilot tests in cities such as Shenzhen, Suzhou, Xiong'an, and Chengdu, this is the first time that the application scenario has been piloted in Beijing. (Cailianshe)
