The latest news is that CoinLab, the largest creditor of Mt. Gox, revealed that it has reached an agreement with the bankruptcy trustee and another company that it can recover up to 90% of the Bitcoin from Mt. Gox.

It is reported that the payment agreement is relatively flexible. If you don’t want to wait, the amount of Bitcoin returned will not be that high. If it is 90%, you will have to wait longer, at least until the lawsuit is over.

Although some bitcoins were returned to holders’ accounts after Mt. Gox went bankrupt, the amount was very small. At press time, the latest trading price of bitcoin was $36,600, up nearly 95 times.

Previously, CoinLab demanded $16 billion in damages from Mt.Gox in a lawsuit. Mt.Gox CEO Mark Karpeles was convicted of tampering with records and sentenced to 2.5 years of probation.
