Data: 42 companies hold more than 1.35 million BTC worth more than $65 billion

On March 2, according to data from the portal bitcointreasuries.org, there are currently 42 companies holding more than $65 billion worth of Bitcoin.

At the end of 2020, 29 companies held approximately 1.1 million Bitcoins, worth more than $30 billion at the exchange rate on December 28. In addition, at the time, these 29 companies owned 5.48% of the total supply of 21 million Bitcoins. As of now, a total of 42 companies hold 1,350,024 Bitcoins, accounting for 6.43% of the 21 million Bitcoin supply, worth $65 billion.

The largest holder is Grayscale, which owns 649,130 ​​bitcoins, or 3.09% of the 21 million supply cap. A private entity called "MtGox KK" holds 141,686 bitcoins, ranking second. Mt Gox is followed by Block.one, which currently owns 140,000 BTC worth $6.7 billion. Microstrategy is the fourth largest holder, currently holding 90,859 bitcoins, with a total value of approximately $2.186 billion.
