The largest holder is Grayscale, which owns 649,130 bitcoins, or 3.09% of the 21 million supply cap. A private entity called "MtGox KK" holds 141,686 bitcoins, ranking second. Mt Gox is followed by Block.one, which currently owns 140,000 BTC worth $6.7 billion.
