The sectors in the Filecoin V1 phase refer to the sectors packaged between 06:00 Beijing time on August 25, 2020 (Space Race) and November 24, 2020 Beijing time, that is, the sectors packaged before Filecoin's Lotus was upgraded to version v1.2.0.

If this proposal is officially passed, it means that all sectors of the Filecoin network can be renewed, which will help alleviate the current network computing power loss and maintain network stability. It also means that miners no longer need to repackage previous sectors, which will help alleviate network congestion.
