What are your predictions for the market’s future development?

With the recent sharp drop in currency prices and the intensive introduction of policies, many readers have raised many questions. Today I will focus on answering some of these questions.

1. What is the impact of this policy?

My understanding of the intensive policies introduced this time is that the country does not want to kill digital currency but wants to isolate digital currency-related activities from the general public.

Our country has always attached great importance to financial risks, from the termination of treasury bond futures in the early years to the governance of A-shares and the comprehensive banning of P2P. Among financial risks, activities involving the participation of the general public are of great concern to the country. Because once the prices of financial activities participated by the general public fluctuate drastically, it will trigger various rights protection incidents, leading to social unrest. This is what the country does not want to see the most.

The recent surge in the price of Dogecoin and various animal coins has obviously attracted a lot of new funds into this circle, and these new funds are almost all from ordinary investors. I think it is very likely that these events have caused regulators to start paying attention to the risks of digital currencies, and then began to rectify digital currency transactions from banks, and then developed to propose a crackdown on Bitcoin mining.

I believe that such a policy will definitely curb some ordinary investors from continuing to enter the market and force some hot money to leave the market.

2. Regarding the issue of deposits and withdrawals.

This is a very sensitive issue. In my opinion, it has become increasingly difficult for ordinary investors to deposit and withdraw funds in recent years. In the short term, I am afraid that there is no good solution to this problem. However, if we look at it from a longer-term perspective, I think this problem can still be solved. I think the timing of the solution is closely related to the development of digital currency overseas. Once there are very mature solutions and practices for transactions between digital currency and legal currency overseas, China will gradually move towards openness.

This is a trend that cannot be stopped. But in the short term, investors have to endure this difficult period.

My own solution to this problem is to sell tokens at the peak of the bull market and convert all tokens into stablecoins instead of fiat currencies.

Here, I would like to remind all investors that if you still want to participate in activities in this field, the allocation of funds is very important. You cannot allocate all your funds here. You can only put part of the funds that do not affect your life here.

3. About independent thinking.

I often pay attention to some comments from senior people in the circle. I mainly focus on their views on negative market news and long-term trends. Because as the first batch of people to participate in digital currency activities, they dared to participate in such activities and persisted in that era. They must have unique vision and extraordinary mentality, which is worth learning for all latecomers.

But I rarely pay attention to some of the specific projects they recommend, because in terms of project cognition, I prefer to personally participate in the project to gain knowledge and understanding of the project, and then guide my investment.

4. Regarding the future market development.

Intuitively, I still think that the bull market has a second half, and it will be spectacular. The factor we need to focus on to determine whether the bull market ends is not in China, but in the United States. As long as the U.S. policy of loosening monetary policy remains unchanged, the bull market will still have the momentum to move forward.

But at the same time, I still want to emphasize again: If extreme conditions occur and the bull market really ends, have investors thought about how to deal with it? In this regard, I will take all my chips and wait for another four years.
