Spain issues warning to 12 Bitcoin investment and trading service platforms

On August 16, the Spanish National Securities Market Commission (CNMV) issued a new warning against 12 unregistered platforms that provide Bitcoin investment and trading services, namely The Market Limited, Skyway Capital, Profit Assist, N2 Group, Markets EU, Markets Cube and other platforms. In a statement, the CNMV stressed that these platforms are not subject to their supervision and are not authorized to operate in Spain. |
